There is a common (and unfortunate) misconception that
the Air Force Association is for retired officers.
No so!
We have (as you will see on the sign-up form) nine
different categories of individuals eligible for
membership.
- Active Duty (Enlisted & Officer)
- Current Service US Reserves (Enlisted & Officer)
- Current Service US National Guard (Enlisted &
Officer)
- Retired US Armed Forces (Enlisted & Officer)
- Previous Service US Armed Forces (Enlisted &
Officer)
- Spouse/Widow of Above
- Cadet (Student - ROTC, JrROTC, CAP)
- Civilian Employess of Department of Air Force
(Non-Veteran)
- Patron (No Service with US Armed Forces)
